How We Keep Our Customers Safe from COVID-19
The safety and security of our customers and team is always our top priority,
we have been working hard to find a safe way to serve our food in line with government advice.
Here’s some changes we have introduced
We observe all the food industry hygiene standards such as HACCP, The Ministry of Public Health standards and the food storage principles.
We carefully respect the 4Cs of food safety: Cleaning, Cooking, Chilling and Cross-contamination.
Our staff received proper on-the-job training on the matters of personal hygiene and COVID-19 prevention.
So far, no staff member has been exposed to any person tested positive for Coronavirus.
As well as daily hygiene briefings to keep safety top of mind,
we have increased cleaning practices within the restaurant including hand washing at regular intervals.
We are also providing customers and delivery riders with hand sanitizer.
Our team members will be wearing face coverings which we have provided.
When you visit, please make sure you wear a face mask too. If you’re Eating-in with us, you can remove it at the table.
QR Code Ordering
We have stopped offering printed menus, instead customers can scan the QR codes displayed
on the tables to view menu and order online through our website.
If you don't have your mobile phone please speak to a member of the team who will be happy to take your order manually.
Have trouble with QR codes? Most modern phones have QR code scanners built into the camera
so if you point your phone’s camera at the QR code, it should recognise it automatically.
